RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Blingy Buckle purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at maryann@blingybuckle.com or call 877-254-6492. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist with an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at maryann@blingybuckle.com with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
